Data deletion

If you would like to delete your data from HairTracker you have two options:

• You can use the delete account feature in the app. From the home screen, go to your profile (top right icon) and tap the delete account option. You can then optionally provide feedback and confirm deletion.
• If you would like your data deleted without having to log in to the app, please email hello@hairtracker.app from the email address you used to register and we will get that done for you.

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to register, you can still email us and we'll work with you to identify your account and confirm ownership so it can be deleted.
