HairTracker is a mobile app for iOS and Android that helps professional hairdressers manage digital client records. Stylists can store client photos, colour formulas, consultation notes and client history on their phone instead of paper record cards, and contact clients directly from the app.

HairTracker is designed to reduce administrative overhead, improve continuity of client care, support good data protection practices and make client records easier to maintain and access.

HairTracker Education helps hairdressing colleges and cosmetology schools teach digital client record keeping while developing good professional data protection habits from the beginning of a learner's career. Its visual, photo-led approach reduces reliance on handwritten records and can help reduce barriers for learners who experience challenges with traditional paper-based record keeping, including many dyslexic learners.

HairTracker does not sell customer data or rely on advertising-based business models.
